Il Ristorante Alain Ducasse, the most starred chef in the world, opened his first restaurant in Italy in 2024 in Naples, in collaboration with Executive Chef Alessandro Lucassino. In 2025, Il Ristorante Alain Ducasse also opened in Rome under Executive Chef Iacopo Iuale.
The restaurant celebrates culinary excellence with a natural and refined approach. Extreme care for ingredients, quick cooking times, intense flavors and a strong vegetable presence embody the “cuisine de la naturalité” that represents Ducasse’s philosophy.
Here the tradition of French haute cuisine merges with contemporary innovations, promising an unforgettable gastronomic experience.
